1. Data we collect

Account data: email address, password (encrypted), role (worker or company).

Profile data: depending on your role, name, trade, photo, languages, experience, documents (CV, diplomas), or company information (legal name, sector, contact details).

Usage data: viewed offers, swipes, requests, and messages exchanged in the app.

Location data: only if you allow it, to show jobs around you and compute distances.

2. How we use your data

Provide the matching service between workers and companies.

Compute compatibility between a profile and an offer.

Enable messaging once a match is confirmed.

Ensure security, prevent fraud, and improve the app.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process your data based on your consent and the performance of the service you request. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

4. Data sharing

Your profile data is visible to the companies or workers involved in a match, under the double opt-in principle.

We never sell your data. We rely on technical providers (hosting, email delivery) bound by confidentiality.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion it is erased or anonymized, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

6. Security

Passwords are encrypted and communications protected. As no system is foolproof, please choose a strong password.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have rights of access, rectification, objection and deletion.

8. Minors

Khadem is intended for adults or people of legal working age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

This policy may change. In case of a significant change, we will notify you in the app.
