By using Khadem, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Purpose
Khadem is an app connecting workers and companies in Morocco. We provide the platform, not an employment contract between the parties.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping your credentials confidential.
3. Acceptable use
Posting fake offers, illegal, misleading or discriminatory content, and harassing other users is prohibited.
4. Content
You remain the owner of your content. You grant us the right to display it as part of the matching service.
5. Company subscription
Companies subscribe to a paid plan to access certain features. Pricing terms are shown before any payment.
6. Liability
Khadem facilitates connections but does not guarantee hiring or any outcome. We are not a party to the employment relationships formed via the app.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
